Appointment

If you are new to the clinic or have not attended individual therapy in over a year, please book an Initial Assessment.

If you are booking for a couple or family, please select Couple Therapy or Family Therapy.

Insurance Coverage

No doctor’s referral is necessary. Majority of private, company, and student health insurance are covered. Please contact your benefit providers cover psychotherapy, social work and marriage and family therapy to inquire if you are eligible for reimbursement.

Payment

Payment is expected to be completed via e-transfer to karenlifetherapy@gmail.com 48 hours prior to your session. Your appointment will be confirmed once we receive your payment. A receipt with the registration number will be provided within a week of your payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are not able to attend a scheduled appointment, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule, otherwise you will be charged for the full session fee.
